Volunteer Age Requirements: We ask that children 10-14 years old volunteer with a parent. Children over 14 may volunteer with parental permission.
Community Service: If you need us to sign a community service form, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Carol’s Kindness needs volunteers from Tuesday through Sunday every week to help pick up food donations from grocery stores and warehouses using your own vehicle. You will regularly be lifting 35 to 50 lbs. Must submit proof of auto insurance. We also need a copy of your food handler certification if you have one. A truck or large car is a real plus.
Please sign up by 12:00 PM (noon) Saturday for the upcoming week. We might have extra pickups this week. You can note availability for drop-offs at Free Fridges too.

- All north, occasionally far south
- Tuesday: 7:30–8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 11:00 AM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM
- Thursday: 7:30–8:00 AM, or 10:00 AM
- Thursday: 8:45 PM bread
- Friday: 10:00 AM
- Friday: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM warehouse
- Friday: 8:45 PM bread
- Saturday: AM, or all day
- Sunday: 11:00 AM–3:00 PM warehouse
We also need people for short notice pickups, mostly Monday through Friday but occasionally Saturday and Sunday. Transport coolers and sturdy crates are available at Carol’s.
