What an exciting time in the pantry. Donations from our businesses were up substantially and with other pantries closing down for the Christmas holidays we had a surge of attendees at the pantry. The final Saturday of the year we saw 260 person sign in with families/households of 984. Of those 308 were kids under 18 and 113 are over 60. We also had 54 persons identify as unhoused.
During 2023 we served 8431 persons with household/families of 30,182 kids of 7512, seniors of 5030 and unhoused of 2822.
We are grateful to Sprouts, Target, Canteen, Panera Bread, and Aramark for all the food they donate. We also appreciate all the small donations we receive from individuals during the year to fill out the pantry items.
